Which countries does Anna Baiguera ship to?

Anna Baiguera ships worldwide, but free shipping and duties are only applied within the EU. uses GLS Italy for domestic deliveries and DHL Express for international deliveries.

Orders sent within Italy should arrive between 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and international shipping within 2-3 business days. Notice these delivery times are to be considered after the dispatch of the goods. We will always try to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.

If the client is shipping to a destination outside the European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and it is the responsibility of the client. We highly recommend that you inform yourself at the local customs office in your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

 

Which size should I order if I am between sizes?

In order to guide you in the best possible way we inform you that the sizing of AB shoes is very true to size, as every style is based on the fitting of Anna’s feet, which enables us to have a very consistent sizing.

Thus meaning you should order the size you normally wear, but in case you have particularly slim feet we suggest you to order one size smaller and in case you have a larger and more wide foot we suggest you to order one size bigger.

Please also notice that these shoes are made of super soft leathers, so they will adapt very well to your feet after a day or two of wearing them.
