These general conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005), Section II “Distance contracts” and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree. N. 70/2003 ).

Content of online offer and end client specifications.

All customers who place an order of Anna Baiguera shoes establish a business relationship with Baiguera Srl and are committed, therefore, to accept delivery of the material ordered online.

The online offer conditions apply exclusively to purchases made on the website.

Baigeura Srl manages the online sale of Anna Baiguera products in order to offer them for sale exclusively to the End Client. End Client means a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business or professional activities and who does not resell goods purchased on annabaiguera.com. Baiguera srl therefore demands that all Customers that do not fit in the aforementioned category of End Client refrain from placing orders, whether directly or through third parties. In view of the commercial policy described above, we reserve the right not to process orders from persons who are not End Clients or orders that do not comply with commercial policies.

 
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

To place orders on the website annabaiguera.com Clients must:

  • Be End Clients be as defined by the commercial rules on annabaiguera.com:
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Be eligible to enter into legally binding contracts;
  • Have an e-mail address;
  • Owning a credit card or a PayPal account valid for payment
 
PRICES

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs which will be highlighted, separately, when required at the time of order. The price that will apply The products is indicated on the site at the time of receipt of the Customer.

 
PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made online by credit card or PayPal account payable to the customer as indicated on the website. The amount corresponding to the products purchased will be charged to the Client at the same time of Purchase Order.

 
STANDARD ORDER

The contract will be concluded upon receipt of the order by Baiguera Srl. Once availability of the product ordered has been confirmed, Baiguera Srl will send the Client the order confirmation. Occasional unavailability of products on offer may occur; if so, Baiguera Srl will communicate this to the Client, specifying any alternatives or the maximum turnaround times for the temporarily unavailable Product/s.

 
SHIPMENT TRACKING

At the time of shipment, Baiguera Srl will send their customers an email with the tracking number through the courier used.

 
ORDER STATUS

Customers can receive information on the status of their order by sending an email to [email protected] or by accessing the “My Account” section on the site if they have created such account when ordering.

 
ORDER MODIFICATION

We wish to remind our customers that once orders have been confirmed and processed, cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately as well.

Anna Baiguera uses GLS Italy for domestic deliveries and DHL Express for international deliveries.

 

Orders sent within Italy should arrive between 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and international shipping within 2-3 business days. Notice these delivery times are to be considered after the dispatch of the goods. We will always try to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.

If the client is shipping to a destination outside the European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and it is the responsibility of the client. We highly recommend that you inform yourself at the local customs office in your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. Consider as well, that orders with more than one item could be charging an extra payment on international deliveries.

 

AB reserves the right to change shipping costs/policies based on unforeseen circumstances.

 

INSURANCE & RECEIVES

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and requires signature.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will follow a second email with the tracking number information once we do the delivery. In case you do not receive a receipt or lose it please get in touch for us to reissue.

Anna Baiguera will exchange or refund goods that have been shipped back within 7 days from reception – we will allow up to 15 days in the Christmas season. Exchanges are based on stock availability, and sales items are returnable for store credit. Items marked as final sale at time of purchase are ineligible for return. If you have any other questions, contact us at [email protected]annabaiguera.com.

All goods must be returned unused and in perfect conditions, considering the product itself as well as the packaging part of the product. Shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Please note that a return of shoes that have been worn inside for a couple of hours and/or outside and therefore, show signs of usage, will not be accepted. 

Clients will be charged a return/exchange shipping charge of 15 EURO, which will be withdrawn from your initial payment. The cost of the delivery will only be returned in case we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you. 

We will refund the full value of the goods within 30 days of receiving the items at our warehouse, and using the same method as the original payment. Please note that Anna Baiguera will not refund international duties and taxes.

Clients must send an email to [email protected] together with the reason for the exchange or refund and then we will provide detailed return instructions.

DAMAGED GOODS

 

We are not responsible for damage or loss which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. In case you receive damaged goods let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim. If the package you receive is battered and you can not open it around the delivery person, please note the fact and make sure that you sign for it as “Damage package – goods not yet inspected”.
